Technical Manager

Supply Technical are looking for a skilled Technical Manager for a high end developer in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire

Our client is a cash rich, privately owned developer who have an established reputation for selecting the best sites throughout London and the Home Counties and building high quality homes

They do not aspire to be a volume house builder – instead focusing on select developments. They build everything from 2-3 bed starter homes to apartments to flats to top end luxury homes and high end barn conversions. All schemes are varied and unique, average units per site is 15 units – they do go up to 60 units

They are on track to build 140 units this year and over the next 3 years intend to grow that to 400 units per year

The role

Reporting into the Technical Director – you will be running your own projects and will be overseeing 2 experienced Technical Coordinators

You will be overseeing schemes both on the commercial and construction side

The right person

You will be an experienced Technical Manager

Senior Architectural candidates are also invited to apply

You will be proactive and used to dealing with site trades

Strong IT skills

In return you will be offered a salary ranging from £60-70,000 plus car allowance, 25 days holiday (option to buy extra), pension, bonus

This is a permanent role

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 9-5.30, Friday 9-4.30
