Site Manager

You will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day running and delivery of the site.

Company Information

Our client specialise in delivering high-quality, prestigious student accommodation, private residential units and commercial projects up to the value of £80m through conversion or construction in Central London and the surrounding areas.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role you must:

• Have at least 5 years’ experience delivering high-value new build projects from inception to completion as a construction manager
• Be highly self-motivated and driven to succeed
• Preferably be able to demonstrate longevity of service


This is a permanent role and would not suit freelance/contract site managers.


Head office in Hitchin.


£55k – £70k per annum plus package.
