Senior Quantity Surveyor – £55k to £65k per annum plus package – Wheathampstead
You will assess new build projects, evaluate costs and agree them with the client, prepare and submit monthly valuations, identify and assess variations, manage the supply chain and contribute to the reporting process.

Minimum Requirements
• Considerable experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Chartered status with RICS (or equivalent)
• Able to provide evidence of a consistent and continuous employment history
