Senior Estimator, Housing / Residential – Peterborough

A top developer in Peterborough are looking for a Senior Estimator to join their dedicated team to work on housing schemes

This industry leader builds quality local homes

They have a really experienced, steady team of Estimators who have been with the company for a number of years

They are big on promoting from within so have a lot of experience inhouse and will offer you a friendly, professional environment in an open plan office

They build everything from 1-2 bedroom apartments all the way up to 4-5 bedroom houses

THEY WILL OFFER YOU

• Full time role as an Senior Estimator
• Up to £75,000 salary depending on experience
• Car allowance or car

• 25 days holiday (increase by 1 day for every 3 years continuous service up to 28 days)

What you’ll need for this Senior Estimator role

• 5 or more years experience working as an Estimator on housing / residential schemes
