Quantity Surveyor – Interior fit out contractor – Northampton

Fixed term contract – 10 months

We have a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a retail fit out contractor in Northampton on a fixed term contract

Quantity Surveyor **MATERNITY COVER**

Role & Responsibilities

• Fully understand the scope of works allowed for in the estimate/tender.
• Raise sub-contract orders
• Ensure sub-contractors are controlled.
• Ensure interim/final accounts are submitted on time and include every possible variation.
• Ensure applications are checked and signed off.
• Compile WIP valuations on every project each month.
• Assist in Game and complete game plans.
• Complete payment schedules
• Prepare and issue subcontractors enquire.

Contract length: 10 months

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Salary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Quantity Surveying: 3 years (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)
