Quantity Surveyor
You will be responsible for liaising with clients from inception to completion on fit outs/refurbishments on commercial, residential and leisure projects. Assessing the project, evaluating costs and then agreeing this with the client.

Our client are a world-class interior fit out contractor established over 50 years ago, working with blue chip construction companies across the south of England.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for the role you must;
• Have recent, relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor on interior fit out projects in the aforementioned sectors
• Preferably be able to demonstrate longevity of service
Duration
This is a permanent role.
Location
Our client are based in Central Bedfordshire.
Salary
Up to £70k per annum plus package
