Interiors Estimator – Milton Keynes

Your new role Estimator

Working with the clients to design and price up construction and interiors works, including presentation of costed works to clients and handover of jobs won to Project Managers.

Maintaining close contact with clients to explore opportunities for new business and being responsible for managing the client relationships.

Ensuring the commercial success of the projects delivered to their clients.

• You will be joining the interiors team and will generally be working on schemes up to around £1.5m
• You will be working on commercial schemes – both offices and industrial
• You will be office based with site visits as and when required

Essential Skills and Experience Required for Estimator role:

Experience in commercial interiors is essential, both industrial and offices

4 years or more experience working as an Estimator / in estimating

Computer literate

Salary: Up to £55k

Car Allowance; £5k per annum

Working Hours- 8am – 5pm
