Development Manager – £50k to £70k per annum plus package – Bedford
You will be responsible for maximising profit by value engineering design, identifying and managing risks, appointing and managing engineers and external consultants, liaising with utility providers to obtain design and cost proposals, delivering key information, reports, assessments, status updates, activity analysis and recommendations in relation to technical solutions and coordinating the distribution of design drawings.

Minimum Requirements
• Extensive experience in a technical design role with a residential developer
• Detailed knowledge of planning, technical, architectural, civil engineering, and building construction
• Able to provide evidence of a consistent and continuous employment history
