Design Manager – £50k to £60k per annum plus package – Northampton
You will be responsible for arranging and chairing design team meetings, collating and managing drawings, specifications and documents, conducting technical and drawing reviews, preparing and managing design schedules, liaising with the M&E managers to coordinate, managing design change proposals and providing design support to the relevant teams.

Minimum Requirements
• Previous experience as a Design/Technical Manager on new build construction projects
