Design Manager
I am looking for a Design Manager for a multi-disciplinary contractor in Northampton who excel in the delivery of construction projects on a national scale.
Reporting to the Technical Director, you will be covering all aspects of design coordination for the business on projects throughout the UK, varying in value from £10m to in excess of £60m across a range of sectors including industrial, retail, student accommodation, private rental schemes, offices, and industrial fit out.

Our client are an exceptionally well established contractor that specialise in delivering civil engineering, industrial/commercial and student accommodation projects valued at up to £100m. They have grown substantially, more than doubling the number of people they employ in the last 3 years and are looking to continue expanding. Current estimated turnover is £700m.

Design and architectural backgrounds will be considered
You will have experience working on Industrial schemes
Duration
This is a permanent role.
Location
Our client are based in Northampton and work nationwide.
Salary
Up to £65k per annum plus car allowance, enhanced pension, healthcare, 34 days holiday and bonus
