Design Coordinator

Great opportunity for a Design Coordinator to join an established and growing regional contractor in Hertfordshire

The Company

This is an exciting time for our client who has a strong reputation and a strong client base locally. They are strong financially, have grown over the last year and have the majority of their turnover for next year secured

The role

You will be office based with site visits

You will be working as a Design Coordinator on multi-million pound,  largely residential schemes from inception to completion.

Schemes are predominantly concrete frame and our client undertakes a range of  residential, student accommodation, hotels and apartment schemes

You will enjoy working from modern, recently renovated  offices with an established, professional and friendly team

The right person

You will have a minimum of 2 years experience working as an Assistant Design Coordinator or a Design Coordinator within the construction industry

You will ideally have experience working on residential schemes but this is not essential

Candidates from an architectural background (BIM) who have recently moved into Design Coordination are also invited to apply
