Assistant Quantity Surveyor – £30k to £45k per annum plus package – Kettering
You will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of controlling and reporting on expenditure from Procurement to Final Account while providing general administrative duties. You will provide support on Procurement, Budgets, Payment and Cost Value Reconciliation for new build residential projects.

Minimum Requirements
• 2 years or more experience in a similar role on residential developments
• HNC or higher qualification in a relevant subject
• Able to provide evidence of a consistent and continuous employment history
