Assistant Quantity Surveyor – £25k to £35k per annum plus package – Bedford
You will be responsible for assisting in the assessment of new build and refurbishment projects, evaluating costs and agreeing them with the client, preparing and submitting monthly valuations, identifying and assessing variations, managing the supply chain and contributing to the reporting process.

Minimum Requirements
• Experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with a main or sub contractor
• Able to provide evidence of a consistent and continuous employment history
